A comprehensive study on the size-dependent analysis of strain gradient multi-directional functionally graded microplates via finite element model

چکیده

This paper presents a comprehensive study on bending, vibration and buckling behaviours of the multi-directional FG microplates. The material properties vary continuously both in-plane through-thickness directions. Based quasi-3D shear normal deformation plate theory modified strain gradient theory, finite element model is proposed employed to solve problems microplates with various boundary conditions. verification performed by comparing numerical results those from previous studies. A number examples nine conditions power-law index have been carried out. effects three length scale parameters, aspect ratio, indexes in spatial directions displacements, natural frequencies loads 1D, 2D 3D-FG are investigated details. Some new results, which not available open literature, provided as references for future
